You will need to register to create or edit pages. Click the log in / create account link under Personal Tools on your right, and follow the directions.

Once you have confirmed your registration, log in and then click the HELP link in the navigation box at the top of the screen. Browse the help files, especially those at the bottom of the help page.
Third...
Play with the software and get your hands dirty. Once you've logged in, click the my talk link under Personal Tools on your right. Treat your my talk page as your own personal sandbox to play in. Experiment with the wiki codes. Copy the template code, paste it into your my talk page, and play around with it. Watch the video tutorials. Experiment with embedding images and video. Most of all, have fun!
